What are the shipping and delivery times?
We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. For this reason, if you ordered two or more items, you may receive them at different times. This process enables our partners to deliver to you faster.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we may contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery times to the US usually take 2-15 business days. Sometimes depending on the type of product, delivery can take up to 20days.
Please be informed that our delivery time for some specific products which include the production time, and shipping time in our store may vary from the estimated timeline displayed during your checkout. This can cause the shipping time of different products to vary especially for our print on demand products.
Some of the products are only printed after your order is received and confirmed. In this case the timeline of production and shipping for that particular item can delay the estimated or expected delivery time as shown to you during check out.
I am Placing an Order for a product above $2000
For High Ticket items and heavy items over a $1000 to $2000 plus, we may have to contact you via Email or Phone as the case maybe to confirm order before initiating delivery.
Some special items may require more time for assembly, and shipping. We want to make sure that you are aware of the process involved including the wait time involved as the case may be and that you agree to the terms associated with the product before delivery is initiated and item is delivered to you if you live within the locations where we offer our products and services.
How can I track my package?
Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net.
What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?
If this is the case, please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and follow up the delivery process. You can email us at hello@dallmore.com or by using the Contact Us page.
What do I do if my product arrived damaged?
If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at hello@dallmore.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Can I return my product for a refund?
Sure! We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Read our return policy to learn more about our terms and condition.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
We do not ship to multiple addresses in one order. You will have to place a separate order for the different addresses.
Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery for a cumulative order above $99.99.
